Community Clean-Up

Image
The photos show young people doing a community clean-up, sweeping leaves and trash with walis tingting and sacks. This simple act reflects teamwork, responsibility, and the Filipino value of bayanihan, proving that small efforts together can make a big difference in keeping the community clean.

Reflection this 1st quarter

a.I learned how to use computer applications better, like how internet was developed . Also realized how important ICT in school in daily life. b.I struggle with understanding some lessons at first and had a hard time finishing task on time , especially with many activities. c.‎I asked questions, practiced more, and managed my time better so I could complete my activities. I also tried to stay patient and not give up when the lessons felt difficult. ‎ d.I will keep improving my ICT skills, be more consistent in my studies, and apply what I learned for the future. I will also challenge myself to explore more advanced topics in ICT to prepare for higher levels. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

A Letter for President

Dear BBM, I know that lots of Filipinos are struggling in life because of the prices of food and others needs keep going up , jobs are not always safe , and many schools still don’t have what students need to learn and reach their dreams. I think these problems need more attention. If prices are lower and there are more safe and good paying jobs, families can live better.Schools also need more classroom , good teachers , and computers or technology so student can study well . Lastly , if health care is cheaper and easier to get , it will help lots of families. If these problems are fixed ,life will be better for lot of Filipinos . I hope you listen to the people and lead a way that helps everyone.                                                                   Sincerely,             ...

Eat Well, Live Well

Nutrition Month is one of those things we hear about every year, but it actually matters more than we think. It’s not just some school activity, its a reminder to take care of our selves, starting with what we put in our plates. These days, it’s super easy to just grab chips, soda or instant noodles when we’re hungry.Im guilty of that too, especially when I’m tired or stressed. But the truth is, our body needs real food , like fruits, veggies, and enough water to work properly.Eating healthy helps us focus better, have more energy, and feel good overall. Nutrition Month reminds me that staying healthy doesn’t have to be hard.Even small changes like drinking water or choosing fruits over junk food can make a difference. In the end , we only get one body , so it just makes sense to take care of it.
